Description
- QUICSEAL 107 is a colourless low
viscosity penetrating sealer for concrete, masonry and brickwork surfaces.
It comprise of a blend of special resins in aromatic solvents, which
improves external weathering, abrasion properties and reduces the permeability
of the applied substrate to water and salt solutions.
QUICSEAL 107 is suitable for application to both internal
and external concrete, brickwork, masonry, cement plasters, renders
and screeds. It is also an excellent sealer for exposed aggregate finishes,
concrete floor screeds and porous toppings. When used as a floor sealer
it will improve the wear resistance, therefore reducing the tendency
of concrete floors to dusting.
Uses
-
， As a sealer for waterproofing the tile grouts, thereby preventing
water seepage through the tile joints.
， For waterproofing roof tiles, thereby preventing water seepage.
， As a sealer for slate and terracotta tiles and certain natural stones
to prevent staining on the surface.
， As a sealing coat on the underside and side of marble and granite,
thereby preventing water marks from surfacing. (A good quality tile
adhesive such as QUICSEAL 603 or QUICSEAL
604 mixed with QUICSEAL 602 is recommended
for bonding the natural stones.)
， As a water resistant sealer on underside of and concrete substrate
prior to laying wood, rubber, vinyl sheet finish to prevent water
transmission
， As a dust-proof coating on concrete, cement plaster, screeds and
exposed aggregate finishes. .
， Improve wear and stain resistance on concrete floor and pavements
in factories, airports, seaports, driveways and car porch.
